I love Lexington. I have lived here my whole life (since kindergarten) and I feel like everyone is family. I love the community and kindness of people who live here. It's just one of those towns that make you feel at home. It's safe to just walk around and to leave your windows open at night. Not everyone knows each other, but everyone has a familiarity to them.

Excellent neighborhoods, very safe! Lexington provides the best of both worlds- busy downtown and quiet suburbs. If you're looking for a great place to raise your family, this is it!
As a Lexington native, I can safely say there are far too many bigoted people who refuse to see reason.
