Being from small town, Lexington, NE, it widened my perspective on the world. The town was very diverse and welcoming. Due to its small population, you know just about everyone residing in the area. Due to this, the amount of help the community provides its students is astonishing. They truly wish to see us succeed and give us access to various resources that are bound to help us following our graduation date. The town is filled with many pleasant people, that support their public schools.
Lexington is a small, diverse town full of culture and opportunities, whether a student, adult, or senior, one can find many jobs, hobbies, and even long lasting friendships.
Lexington, NE is a nice place to live. That town offers a huge diversity of people. White, Black African, Hispanics, Asians and Caribbean are the mixture of cultures that its people can enjoy. Also, the safety is great, you can hear the cop’s siren once a month the most. I used to leave my cars unlocked and even my house and there were no intruders. The schools system from what I heard is great too.
Lexington is full of nice and hardworking people. Nice doctors, great teachers and cozy small churches. After I’m retired I would love to go back and live there. Even after finishing my degree I would love to live there. There is one, only one, thing that I don’t like about Lexington is that sometimes smells bad (an awful odor in the air). However, I have so many good memories about that little town.
