Housing is really nice. Many choices from out in the country or close to town. The closer you get town, the closer the houses get together. But all neighbors are mostly nice and thoughtful when it comes to noise. A very quite housing community.

There is more job opportunities for younger kids within this area. All jobs pay a little above minimum wage which is really nice. Your child will have a very fair chance in finding a good job in this area. Parents that are looking for a 120K plus salary each year will have to travel a little out of town to find a job like this. Although there is a few that do pay that much.
We have about 12 family owned local businesses in our town. Most of them are very nice but they usually don't get many customers. But it's a joy to walk through their stores and maybe buy a thing or two here and there.
