This little town is always lovely to visit. There are many beautiful sights nearby to be discovered such as Beartown Park, Lost World Caverns, and The Greenbrier. The state fair is also held here yearly!

Lewisburg is a quirky little town with a rich Civil War history behind it. Its concentrated area allows for all of its residents to be in touch with one another (for better or for worse), and downtown Lewisburg is relatively nice to tour around with friends. However, towards Fairlea, the atmosphere is a little bit less family-friendly, and Greenbrier East High School's curriculum is, at best, what you make it.
I love the town and the people in it. There is a general good feeling around the downtown portion where people walk the sidewalks and laugh and have fun. There is almost always something going on downtown that people in the general public can enjoy. There are shops along the streets, benches on the sidewalks, and the Welcome Center for people first visiting. Overall it is beautiful and I love it.
