I love Leavenworth! It has a beautiful downtown area, full of little shops, and a scenic river walk. The high school is large, but the class sizes are still small enough to not inhibit students' learning. The community is very involved and supportive. Leavenworth is a very small town, and that might discourage some because all big stores are at least a thirty minute drive. But, because of that, the town is surrounded by rolling, lush fields of wheat and sunflowers, both Kansas staples. I've enjoyed my time living in Leavenworth.

It's the greatest hometown in the army! It's a very homey town. It is very small, so there aren't very many places to shop around, but it's close to both Kansas Cities! Leavenworth is very green, so if you love plants like trees and grass, Leavenworth has a lot of lands! Leavenworth is also known to be one of the places many military decide to retire and stay at, so there's more to love about it!
It's a really small town, which is nice! I like the laid back vibes :) Nearby towns like Weston are really nice to hang out in, and downtown has some cute shops.
