The city of Lawrence has been one of the most rewarding cities I have ever lived in. Lawrence is a stone's throw away from Kansas City, so there is never a dull moment or a night to be wasted. As a college student, my weekends can either be attending a sporting event in Lawrence or travel less than 30 minutes to see a sporting event in Kansas City. Lawrence has some of the kindest and most accepting people you will ever meet. Mass Street is full of wonderful tastes, interesting sights, and wonderful people. I cannot rave about this town enough!

Lawrence is an incredible town filled with tons to do! Mass Street is a huge hit, because it's filled with tons of different stores filled with clothes, sporting goods, memorabilia, pet supplies, toy stores, and much more! There's movie theaters, concert halls, plenty of recreational centers, shopping centers, and restaurants! It is a extremely diverse town filled with people from all walks of life. Kansas University and Haskell University are two local colleges with amazing professors and opportunities! Our college basketball team, the Kansas Jayhawks, are pretty awesome to watch!
I love Lawrence! It's a college town with big Jayhawk pride and a diverse culture. There are many cute stores and deliciously unique restaurants all around town. There are many activities like Last Friday's for those that love food and art, Red Dog Days for those that love to work out and many concerts and festivals for those that love music. It's a great place to live and the town keeps expanding and changing for the better. One thing that could improve would be an increase in business on the north side of Lawrence so that all of the traffic isn't localized to one area.
