Small quiet place to live. Most of the neighborhood are quiet and busy with their lives.
There are two pharmacies, a gas station stores, Dunkin Donuts, and local restaurants and stores nearby.
Groceries stories and malls are estimated minimum about 5-20 mins, depending on where you want to go.
Elementary school is nearby and middle and high school are minimum for 10 mins, depending on where you live.

Pretty good neighborhood. I lived here for 10+ years and everyone is friendly. There are some drug addicts and alcoholics but they do not bother other people. It is pretty quiet and is peaceful with the boardwalk nearby.
Employment is pretty good here, most people have decent jobs that they are happy with. We do have a couple that are unemployed, though.
