Working in Larkspur
After recently moving to Larkspur, I immediately felt at home among the family-owned shops and multitude of friendly faces. The commute to school is quick and easy, and I am able to meet new friends through the incredible public school system surrounding my house. The well maintained parks and trails surrounding my house help me to stay active and have fun outside.
Very quaint small town just 9 miles north of SF and the golden gate bridge. Very expensive real estate. Open space in the woods and on the SF Bay. Great schools. Lacking diversity. Great schools, shopping, convenient to SF, commuter options with the ferry and 101. Growing foodie scene. Tons of parks, great for families/couples but single scene lacking. Weather is A1A but has 4 seasons. A great town, over all I would rank it an A-.
Great place to live, not too far from the city (~20mins). Tons of hiking nearby as well as running and biking paths. Schools are the best in the county, they don't take any state funds. Spoiled by the weather, close to perfect at all times of the year. Super cute downtown as well.
