My neighborhood is friendly there are children in almost every home, they always have a set time for them to meet up outside boys and girls playing either football, soccer, or basketball. Everyone welcomes one another, all of us might not know everybody and know each other personally but I know we as a whole care for our next door neighbor.

The employment opportunities in this area are scarce. There are too many people living here with too few establishments. I have noticed a higher turn out at this Mc Donald's, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, Rainbow, and Publix than most others, new employees all the time. They feel unappreciated and feel as if they need to search elsewhere. What I had to do in order to have employment was to leave my town and look in the surrounding cities, it had taken me about 3 months to finally become employed. I feel like my town has too few employment opportunities. It seems to me that my town was designed for road-trippers pit-stops and then houses popped up after.
I see crime often. I have a hard time sleeping at night so I usually sit out on my front porch. Just the other night I was sitting outside and saw a man trying to open vehicle doors at various houses, he was looking in the windows of them, so I called the police. Tonight I saw two boys walking down the street, one of them stopped and walked up to a house that I knew he didn't belong to and took a little boys penny board. I walked up to the house and knocked but they were already sleeping. There is crime just about every night here in my town and it is upsetting and makes it difficult to sleep sometimes, as in right now I'm filling out scholarships because I can not sleep from all the noises and knowing that there is so much going on outside my house.
