Nice people, wonderful law enforcement, great shopping, nice clean restaurants, has starbucks and Wawas. Clean playgrounds.
Lower house prices! Public school to change the cutoff for start of school to September 30 instead of the 1st.

My experience in Lansdale has been very pleasant. All who I have encountered have been kind. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many stores in close proximity, which makes it a very convenient place to live!
Lansdale is just close enough to the city where you can easily get to work, or go out on a date night while being in a family-friendly area. It’s also close enough to do a day-trip to the beach or skiing in the colder months. There’s plenty to do!
