Langston offers you probably the most affordable cost for college in Oklahoma. The community is friendly and although the school is the main contraction of the town, there are plenty of resources around and the nursing program there is GREAT!

The only reason I submitted a 3-star for Lanston is that the limited resources available for the residents of this town. With it being a 4-year university located here, I expected more options for students and residents in the realm of dining establishments, local stores, pharmacies, and a transportation system due to this being rural underdeveloped area. The community aout weighs the resources.
The town is very small and has only one grocery store. The town has a couple of restaurants. The town also has no high school, although the nearest high school is only five minutes away.
