Langhorne Manor's community is very intimate and people take pride in the history behind our town. Each house has their own special architectural features that give it its own charm. Some of the houses even date back to the Revolutionary War. The Manor hosts several events throughout the year. My personal favorite is when the community takes walks in the snow. Cairn University, which is also apart of the Manor, has events of their own. It is a peaceful neighborhood with lots of wildlife. Deer, groundhogs, foxes, possums, skunks, and turtles are some examples of the wildlife found here. The Manor takes care of its community, roads and streets lights are reported for repair, and neighbors collaborate to keep our neighborhood safe and clean.

It has a nice vintage background filled with many respectable people. Easy to get around and contains parks or other outdoor recreational areas perfect for biking or enjoying a day outside.
Needs to see more late night businesses. There are local colleges in town, and there is not enough late night options for the students to partake in. It also needs a lot of updating, the victorian feel is nice, but there is no signs up modern updates.
