It’s a nice and welcoming suburb to settle in. Everyone is pretty nice here and once in awhile there are events such as the fall festival where u can meet with locals and even support some of the local business. Plus its nearby the school!
Langhorne is a safe and family oriented area. There is little to no crime in the housing developments. Shopping is within driving distance with an array of different shopping centers. Driving though can be dangerous with deer that jump onto the road at anytime. At night there is no street lights so driving can be a challenge. Langhorne is missing walkways so unless you are driving there really is not any way to walk anywhere. Sesame Place is located in Langhorne which is a main attraction for tourist and locals. There might not be night life but there is fishing, walking, paddle boating, kayaking, and canoeing in the beautiful Core Creek Park. Taxes are high in the Langhorne area but that is because the schools are blue ribbon schools. I would recommend anyone to move to Langhorne if looking to live the suburban life!
Langhorne is a suburb of Philadelphia, located about 30 minutes north of the city. Langhorne has an excellent public transportation system and a great school district-Neshaminy. There are several community parks for biking, running, boating and fishing. Langhorne in a safe community and very family-friendly with many outdoor activities and festivals, especially in the summer months.
