I have been here for almost 19 years and I love this area. There are plenty of schools around and gardens everywhere. The thing that I would like to see change is more of a sense of community bonding. Once we can achieve that I personally believe that Landover Hills would be a better city.

The neighborhood is very quite and safe. They have great neighborhood stores and is very suburb part of the DC metropolitan area.
From my perspective, there would be some kind of "get together", for some occasion like the Independence Day or Christmas, but not every neighbor does it.
