There's plenty of nice land. It's not too far and just far enough from the city. However, I have noticed that there are many racists living in the area (speaking from experience).
It depends on what the weather is actually doing that day. If their are high winds, then there may be down power lines and down trees. We are always one of the last to get our power turned back on. Icy roads... forget getting out.
Their are recycling bins up the street, but I personally haven't recycled any.
