Good schools. Very small town but only a few minutes from a smaller city with everything you may need. If willing to drive up to 30 minutes, lots of job opportunities. Great medical facilities.
It is a very nice place to live; the people are friendly, though not too outgoing, and there is a wide variety of house sizes and prices.
Although I love having open areas such as farms and markets, I would love to live somewhere where the area is more populated. It is definitely more populated than other country areas but it would be nice to live somewhere like New York City where opportunities are bigger. I love the hustle and bustle in New York City, everything is happening. In the future I see this area becoming like a small city, however I fear that farmers and others will lose their jobs. I feel as though this place will not be a "home" to come back to. There are so many things that PA is known for and I believe we will slowly morph into what society wants for it and not those who have lived here for a long time.
