Lakewood is a great town, offering various homing types at a low price. There are many areas in Lakewood, with food and accessible shopping nearby. There are many grocery stores with freshly made food. At certain times there can be lots of traffic in Lakewood, making it hard to travel through. Those times are due to a Talmudic Institution located in the heart of Lakewood. This is known as Beth Medresh Govoah. It begins at 9:45 AM for over two thousand students. There is traffic for at least fifteen minutes before it begins. There is a lunch break, making a new round of bumper to bumper traffic. The second classes begin at 4:00 PM, and the traffic begins once again. This schedule occurs daily, from Sunday to Thursday.

I liked growing up there but there was always a problem with the board of education and the decisions they made for our schools. One year they wanted to take away our buses and our clubs and at another point they fired a bunch of good teachers due to a low budget or something. The traffic there is really bad too. There are always car accidents because the residents there do not respect the driving rules. I had a friend who was driving home and a car didn't stop at the stop sign and hit their car. Its really bad.
Lakewood is a fast-growing town in New Jersey. It has about 100,000 residents. Lakewood has a downtown historical site area but recently the town has been built up with housing complexes. Lakewood has a strong Orthodox Judaism following and is home to one of the largest yeshivas in the world. In almost every corner there is a temple established or being built. One of my favorite things about Lakewood is its diversity. As for entertainment, Lakewood has a theater called the Strand theater where movies, plays, and musical acts are performed. Lakewood is also very close to the Point Pleasant Beach and Boardwalk, it's only 20 minutes away. One thing that I would like to see is more sidewalks for the safety of the pedestrians.
