Very safe Black and Latino community. This town is located in West Hempstead. It has 3 corner stores, 1 laundromat and 1 Chinese store. Crime rate is low. This a a nice town not too expensive and not too cheap the houses go around 300,000 in the area.
Nice, quiet town. Close to everything you need: thruway, malls, groceries, theaters, downtown, etc. Many new developments are going up. Right by the Lake Erie.
