Lake Park Reviews
I used to go to school in Lake Park, it's a town located in Palm Beach County. Lake Park was a decent area with many affordable homes, you just need to be careful which corner you turn because some parts of Lake Park can be a little ghetto. I went to elementary school here and we had gates around the whole school because strangers would just walk up to the school and that could be dangerous as we had code red constantly because a faculty member saw someone walking around with a weapon. In all honesty though, I felt really safe at this school. The teachers were always looking out for you and watching for your safety, to make sure that no one would bother you. However, I could never walk across the street to get to my dance studio because the one time I did, this creepy guy started harassing me and my sister.
Not a bad neighborhood. Generally calm, kind neighbors, schools are in good proximity. Not a lot of bad things to say.
Their is a lot of fast food places in the area. That is okay if you like fast food. I like restaurants where you go in and sit down. When i want to go out to eat i have to travel downtown to all the restaurants. My favorite place to eat in the area is chinese that i order to be delivered. Their are many things to be ordered and delivered but not many restaurants like duffys, applebees, etc. I love meals not just french fries and hamburgers. If you are looking for chicken nuggets and fries it is the area to go to.
