Lake Jackson is a great place to live, there are many places to take your family. The Lake Jackson community works hard to find things to make the city even better. There is a mall where you can go and shop, the city of lake jackson tries there best to bring in more bussiness here. Lake Jackson is a real well progressing city. There are always more people comming thru this lovely city. Job opportunities are growing for any person, it can be nursing, retail, or even creating your own bussiness. The schools are safe, a newly built. These schools are safe, they have police officers inside the schools, outside the parking lot proctecting the students from the bad. Lake Jackson is all about safety, progressing economically, and making the residents here happy. I love Lake Jackson!

Very nice town to raise a family! I love it here and this town has such a nice small town feel to it. Also, there isn't a whole lot to do, but it is very close to Houston. So, pretty much anything you need is just an hour away.
Lake Jackson is a nice town blooming with new businesses and growth. While some businesses are charming, others need a little bit of beautifying and maintenance. The shopping is decent and the amount of restaurants is average. I'd like the see an expansion of stores and restaurants but I have high hopes of that as the city grows. There are several charming residential areas scattered throughout Lake Jackson. There are also lots of city run facilities and events that create a nice family atmospheres. The outward appearance of the schools is top notch.
