I love being so close to the beach but away from the big cities. I especially love being so close to laguna beach which has GORGEOUS beaches! I also like that you are only 5 minutes away from the grocery store and it is also only 5 minutes away from Hidden Hills Elementary School and around 10 minutes from Niguel Hills Middle School. Dana Hills High School is only around 15 minutes at most away from the area so schooling is very close by. I also like the people in the town who are friendly and welcoming. I especially love all the nearby hikes and activities to do outside as well. Another benefit is the weather is always nice the coldest it get is like 55 degrees at night and the hottest temperatures can be 87 degrees in the summer time. It doesn't get too hot so an air conditioner is not necessary but a heater is recommended if you get cold easily in the winter nights. One downside is it quite pricey to live here and there is not really any night life.
Halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego and 3 miles from the coast and mountains visible, Laguna Niguel has ocean breezes , many parks with trails and sporting areas, very family friendly. We love living here!
clean, modern and trimmed trees. There is everything, Laguna beach, whole foods within 5 minutes, traders joes, Dana point beach, Nice gyms, great libraries both in laguna Niguel and cities closeby. Amazing for cruising around; It has gotten so crowded in the past years, it used to be less crowded, a lot of space for driving your nice car and enjoying views. There is mastros, javiers and all nice fancy restaurant off of pacific coast. There is persian foods/ markets, Shopping Malls within less than 7-10 minutes. I think living in Laguna Niguel allows you to live life in orange county to the fullest. The city of Laguna Niguel itself does not have much night life, but it is a great place to reside, because all daily chores and places you wanna go to are closeby, and for the night you can hit other cities nearby. I've lived in arizona, marin/bay area, and I will still choose Laguna Niguel over and over again. Mostly White, Persians (Laguna/mission viejo) and asians(mostly in Irvine).
