Laguna Niguel is a quite bedroom community with a great family friendly community. There are tons of sports fields, a lake, hiking trails, and a great community center. The community is very friendly and loves coming together for neighborhood events. With good schools and great family events whats not to like!

Laguna Niguel is an awesome little city just about 10 minutes away from the widely known Laguna Beach. Laguna NIguel is the perfect place to live, because it's cheaper to live at then beach homes and it's still very close. Very safe area, extremely low crime rate, and family oriented. The city has a YMCA where people can do lots of things and they hold events and concerts as well!
The community is so diverse and nice! Everyone is welcoming , and there is always something to go out and do. Everything is close by, the beach is 20 minutes, LA is an hour, the mountains are an hour away. Laguna Niguel is the best hub of south Orange County!
