I grew up in Summerville, SC and moved into the Ladson area in 2014. I like that Ladson is a central hub and relatively close to any destination you are looking for in the Tri-county area. The one fallback is the traffic, which is not anything new, but with all the developments going up it just seems to bring more and more traffic with it.

Quiet, with fully great amenities. Boeing is only 5 minutes drive. Easy to access schools, super markets and hospitals.
Equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of their race or religion. Better employment opportunities and an increase in minimum wage. College tuition reduced and more improved mass transit. Better education for all levels of schools (elementary, middle, high school and college). Better job security, change the employment laws in South Carolina from being an "at will" state. Allow certain types of unions to protect employees from being threatened by their employers.
