Last year, I recently moved to Ladera Heights from Jefferson Park in South LA. Although I do miss my old neighborhood, Ladera Heights is very beautiful and has friendly people. The neighbors are very informative, friendly, and they check up on you often. It’s very quiet and I don’t have to worry about unnecessary noise or anything inappropriate in the neighborhood. It’s very convenient getting to and from school on public transportation, as the bus stop is right up the street and so is the mall.

"Black Beverly Hills" as many people explain Ladera Heights as has been my home since I could remember. Words could not explain how much I love my neighborhood, not only is it beautiful but the people living there are amazing, welcoming, and family oriented. There is really nothing I would change about Ladera Heights, its an amazing place with amazing people.
Lovely neighborhood, beatiful upper middle class homes. Close to all amenities, airport nearby, shopping, theaters & restaurants close by. Average home costs approximately $800,000. The area is very diverse with many cultures, neighboring cities, Culver City, View Park, & Windsor Hills, an unincorporated area of Los Angeles.
