I love Lacey. It has been a great place to grow up! There is quite a bit close by, but there's plenty of places to live that don't feel overcrowded. I've had a wonderful experience with the schools as well. It's nice being so close to Olympia, Seattle and Portland, and there's so many hikes, lakes, and outdoor adventures nearby. Change the rain and seasonal depression and this would be my perfect place!

Lacey is one of the best cities in Washington state, the location is great, there are plenty of things to do, and it does not feel overpulated. Lacey is one of the best locations in the state, with only a fifteen minute drive to Tacoma or Olympia you will enjoy the short commutes. Because you are so close to either city you will never run out of things to do, from the malls in Olympia and Tacoma to the Tacoma dome and the Lemay Car museum you won't be bored.
