My overall experience with La Grange is very positive. I've lived in La Grange, Kentucky my whole life and life here has been very good to me. Everyone has a positive progressive point of view and we all respect and care for each other. It's very safe and full of interesting shops in the historic location of town. There has been more excellent changes throughout the years since more people are choosing La Grange to live in. La Grange may be a small town to some outsiders but this is a town with large quality and great character. As this town grows in population, the better it gets. People love to catch a glimpse of a train rolling down the very middle our main street road. I'm very proud of how everyone can gather together and enjoy our small town with events such as Arts on the Green and Light Up La Grange. La Grange has everything anyone needs, an amazing elementary school to shops with basic needs to unique restaurants.

La Grange is a great town; it’s close enough to Louisville, KY to get there in 20 minutes but small enough to make you feel secure. It also is one of the last cities in the country that has a train that goes right down Main Street!
La Grange is one of the most... interesting small town you will probably ever encounter. Dripping with small-town-charm, La Grange is definitely the place to go for amazing coffee, incredible shops, and very interesting people. From the neighborhood homeless man called Porkchop to the sweet smell of La Grange Coffee Roasters, the town is simply irresistible.
