- Town in Wisconsin

If you want a small town with a lot of educated professionals, good education, country clubs, and outdoor activities, Kohler's a good spot to live or visit. There's a strong carpool community to University School if you prefer a private school for your children. However, most people work for Kohler Company, so that can be a downside if you don't.
Kohler gives off the image of the perfect little place to live and raise a family. But in reality, Kohler experiences the same, negative things that occur all over the country. Whenever something "bad" happens, instead of supporting each other, Kohler residences simply ignore it and sweep it under the rug in order to maintain the image of a "perfect neighborhood". For example, there was a case of domestic abuse and instead of helping each other, that neighborhood sent that family a letter shaming them for tainting that neighborhoods good image. Why you haven't heard of this? Because Kohler isn't willing to acknowledge that it too, is flawed like many other cities in Wisconsin. So, although Kohler may seem perfect on the outside, the inside isn't so pretty.
Very safe, quaint, unique town. I've lived here for about of year and have loved going on all the trails and paths with my dog. Really cute local boutiques and safe neighborhoods. Being a college student though, I definitely feel like it's more geared to an older possibly retired population. Not many young people or things to do for people at younger ages.
Kohler is a tiny little resort town with not much to do. Living here is pricey but is worth it for safety and education.
Kohler is a fabulous place to live and raise a family! The schools are outstanding! Kohler offers recreation, churches, community events, restaurants and shopping all in a walkable radius! People are warm and friendly! I would never want to live anywhere else!
