Working in Kingstowne
Kingstowne is a suburb on the edge of the metropolitan buildout of Washington, DC. The location is convenient for commuting into Washington for a job or internship with a nearby subway station and access to several highways. There are only a handful of companies directly in Kingstowne, most are government contractors to the nearby Ft. Belvoir. There are a few more companies in Springfield, but most jobs are downtown. For local entertainment and shopping, there is a nearby mall, a "town center" with a movie theater, and several other shopping centers and restaurants scattered around. The public schools have great IEP programs. There are plenty of good preschools and the community college is 10 miles away and George Mason University is 15 miles. Within the neighborhoods, it is pretty safe, but in the more trafficked areas, there are occasional robberies and pedestrians hit. Overall, I enjoy living here and would recommend it.
Living and working here in this area produced a fine stance of quality. The people can at times become challenging. The key is to see from another angle. Vision of leaving a higher standard and a brighter light to impact the people around you. Leave a stance for change and growth to behold new sight of oneness! Respect and grace for everyone it is due to one another. Working in a view to express a heart, living out the full face of character and maturity. Proper etiquette can and will forever win one who will neglect. So making a difference for change as you see the quality in this location.
A wonderful community full of lively, positive spirited people. I like that this community is maintained to high standards. There're always community events that take place, everyone in this community is friendly!
