Kiawah Island Reviews

Having lived in South Carolina for more than a decade, I can say for solid certainty that Kiawah Island is the best beach in The Carolinas. This island also has world-renowned golf (The Ocean Course), so take your sticks when visiting. Nature abounds on Kiawah...loggerhead sea turtles, deer, bobcats, night-herons, and yes - alligators. God's country.

In all honesty, I want to move far away. Because Charleston, or South Carolina has a bubble around it that surrounds it, trapping the people inside, keeping them here forever. I want to move, but be able to make enough money to come back home. Charleston and Columbia area probably is the smartest areas in the state. Wando is even a nationally ranking school.
The county does what it can given South Carolina's sporadic weather. We have had snow and hurricanes the same year sometimes. But since it never really snows, they do what they can, when it snows they close school, or in heavy rainfall they close school as well.
