I have grown up in Kennesaw, went to school in Kennesaw, and now work in Kennesaw. Overall, I think it is a great city with some hustle and bustle, but far enough away from downtown to feel very congested. With the addition of the Nooday trail (a walking and bike path), you can sense that the city is becoming more aware of the health and welfare of it's constituents. Additionally, having Kennesaw Mountain right in town gives a perfect opportunity to convene with nature. I would say the city has a little something for everyone, so I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to move here!

Kennesaw is a beautiful place to raise a family. Everything you could think of is nearby, or less than 15 minutes away. Cobb county schools offer your children n exceptional education. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help! There are great places for date night with your husband or wife as well. They are always building and expanding the area to keep It fresh and inviting!
As a student that attends Kennesaw State University, I can say that the area of Kennesaw is a perfect fit for just about anybody. The community has a substantial amount of trees and nature on every turn, making the air itself feel ever so refreshing. There is a variety of historical parks and hiking grounds fit for family activities. If you're more of in indoors person there is an amazing mall, a fun arcade, and even an indoor trampoline house where you can get some exercise going! The citizens in the area are very friendly, so there will always be one more person you can consider family. If you'd like to see a melting pot of diversity in the Kennesaw community, I definitely recommend visiting the Kennesaw State campus. There is a large variety of ethnic and religious backgrounds at KSU, the school has even been nationally recognized for such.
