They need to be a little more cleaner and pocket book friendly but overall a good place to live and enjoy time with family. Also, they need more police out at night
I think that Kenner is an overall nice area. The stores and restaurants are pretty nice and the people are very friendly. Of course, there are some bad neighborhoods in the Kenner area but you can find those everywhere. One thing I would change would be to add more fun places to go to. Sometimes it feels like there is nothing to do. Overall, I love living in Kenner!
It’s a quite and nice neighborhood. Most elementary schools are located there and I went to schneckenburger as a kid. There is also the well known driftwood parade that multiple schools participate to bring in the Mardi Gras season. The grocery’s are near by making it easier to buy things for me.
Something I would like to focus on is the repairs on the streets. I have been driving on a road with multiple holes and nothing has been done about it. Even though many people may not care. Some people in my family have low cars so when their tires go into the holes sometimes there is damage to the car. But overall everything is good. It is a good city, with decent people.
It is a nice, calm place to live with your family. Very family friendly with parks and schools in the proximity
I love Kenner so much. I was born and raised there. There has been beautification projects that make the area look great. It is a melting pot of people and a true community.
It's nice. The community is overall friendly and homey. There's an abandoned mall called Esplanade that's always empty because the owner always raises the prices on the shops. It's parking lot makes it a perfect place to practice driving around.
The people in Kenner are exceptionally friendly. There are many businesses, stores and restaurants throughout the city so I never have to travel far if I don't want to.
The area is well kept and peaceful. I have loved my six years of living there and wouldn’t mind living there for many more years.
Kenner, Louisiana is a great city to live in. It is about 20 minutes to get to downtown New Orleans and is where the airport is located. Kenner Police are invaluable to the community as are the firefighters in this community.
In my life here in kenner, i have never experienced any problems, as such, i feel that it is a fine neighborhood. I would most definently raise my kids in this area.
The community isn't very close, I don't see many events being held, but it's not a terrible place. I wish we would have community leaders to hold an event like cleaning up trash or connecting with organizations like an animal shelter and helping animals find homes. Things along that line could improve the community and be a fun experience for both parties involved.
Kenner is the most diverse city in Jefferson Parish. There's a little of everything that makes up America here, especially Latinos.
I like Kenner because there's a lot to do, and I live there. I feel very safe living in Kenner. There's not really anything I would wanna change.
I've been living in Kenner for about fifteen of my seventeen years. My experience there has been terrific. Everything in Kenner is close such as stores ,restaurants, and gas stations. There are many gyms, or fields to play various sports at. Kenner even has its own boat launch and mall! Everybody in Kenner knows each other because it is so small. One flaw is morning traffic. There are only two entrances and exit for the interstate. Other than that, I love Kenner and plan to live in Kenner for a while, far into adulthood. Its safe and I hope to raise my kids there.
Kenner is family friendly. The Laketown and Rivertown areas are really coming up fast and the new airport is sure to bring in some better employment opportunities. The mall is in need of upgrading or razing, but I hear the mayor's office is on top of that.
I have lived in Kenner since I was born, it’s my home. It’s very diversed but however, the city is slowly becoming a silent town. There is opportunities to make it the cute city it use to be!
