Growing up in Kennedale Texas with my little sister was fun and filled with lots of excitement! My sister and I are 18 months apart, but we act as if we're best friends. We both played basketball throughout our school years and traveled often once we hit high school. With majority of the funds and tax paying dollars going towards the football team, it made it hard to make sure we as the girls basketball team had transportation and supplies for road trips. I would love for Kennedale to use the funds wisely and divide them up amongst the different sports and or even the other electives so all groups are supported and equipped.

Kennedale is a peaceful, welcoming town in the countryside. As a resident living here, I enjoy the life I have in this town. The past 6 years have been pleasant, as there is rarely any disturbances that happen here. However, since Kennedale is a small, underpopulated town, there is not much activities to partake in with the community, but it is not uncommon for a resident to host outdoor parties for fellow neighbors to attend. I often spot couples or kids taking walks or cycling, and based on my observation, they are content and comfortable. I recommend living in Kennedale if one is looking for a quiet, secluded town, while still inhabiting kindhearted neighbors and a cozy community.
Kennedale has been my family's home for over 100 years. I am the fourth generation to live here and through my time I have seen many changes. Kennedale is a town on the rise. They have taken action to make the town appealing and family friendly. Overall Kennedale is a hidden gem in the metroplex. They are located betweeen Ft Worth and Dallas and borders Mansfield and Arlington. Not many people realize they are here but when they acknowledge our small unit they feel right at home.
