As a child, Kaufman was a great, small, private town that was away from all the tourism of Dallas and not described as a "rich city." It is still a great place to live, but the population keeps increasing and so does the cost of living but the minimum wage does not increase and makes it hard to live a life. I want to see the affordability of life on your own to increase by either increasing minimum wages or decreasing the cost of housing and priorities.

Everything. Scenery, Recreation, Dining, Southern Hypiatailty, Shopping Malls, Resturants, Public Library. What I dislike was the fact that everything closed at or
a liitle after 9:30p.m. law enforcement is really hard on ppl out here in this small town called kaufman.
Kaufman, TX is a small town that has very little spots for hanging out. It is a quiet town and every body knows every body. I personally like the quietness and slow pace of Kaufman because coming from the hustle and bustle of the city it's a nice change.
