Kansas City! The greatest of all the cities in Missouri. A beautiful town to get married, start a family, and see your family grow. Kansas City is also a remarkable aspect of just knowing each other as a huge family.
What I like about Kansas city is their sporting events. like the chiefs stadium. another sporting event I like about Kansas city is the royal stadium. one thing I would like to see change is more barber school colleges or shops built in Kansas city so more people can give back to the community and so more people who want be a barber can be successful and fulfill their dreams and their career.
I absolutely love living in Kansas City, MO! I moved here from a much smaller town about 4 years ago, and I've already felt so at home. KC is the perfect size--not too big, hectic, and scary to drive in but certainly big enough to always find fun new bars, restaurants, shops, concert venues, beautiful parks, and so much more!
I love living in kansas city, its the best. great party scene, people are very nice and theres plenty of jobs. Most importantly, housing is relativley in expensive compared to the rest of the country with an average rent of $1,000/m or less. The bars are cool and theres a robust alternative and LGBTQ+ community. In kc, queer folks are never alone.
Kansas City is full of life, entertainment, local events, farmers market every weekend, and the best BBQ.
After living in 3 other large metropolitan areas, I have moved back to KC and love every bit of it. We live in the Brookside neighborhood and it is family friendly, walkable, and perfect in every sense. The food culture and diversity are excellent.
Kansas City is a great city to live and work. Some people may think it is in the "middle of nowhere" or in a "fly-over state" but you won't know the beauty of the city and it's people if you don't stop to see for yourself. There are so many fun attractions and history that the city can give you. As well as all the BBQ local breweries to keep the party going.
I am born and raised in Kansas City, MO. My mom was a real estate agent when my brother and I were younger; I clearly remember going into houses with my mom and brother and seeing the smiles on people's faces when they found their dream home. It brought a sense of merriment to everyone involved. Now that I am older, I really enjoy going down to the Plaza or Ward Parkway. I love going there with my family and friends. Nothing in Kansas City ever gets old. I love driving at night on the back roads or on the highway. You see the prettiest trees on the backroads and the prettiest lights on the highway. The lights on the Magic Tree also draw a lot of attention; especially around Christmas time when you and your family can cozy up and just enjoy yourselves. It brings a family together just like our drive-in movie theaters. Watching movies in the car with your family can make comments on the movies and laugh as loud as you want brings so much comfort. Kansas City will always be my home.
I love Kansas City! I love how you can get the city feel, move further out and get a suburban feel, and even then you are not far off from a rural area. There are so many activities in Kansas City, like your typical chains, but there is also things special to Kansas City. I love First Fridays' and the amount that KC spends in it's arts.
Kansas City is a beautiful, clean city. There is so much to do, whether it's dining, shopping, or just exploring. After moving here in 2017, I have grown to love Kansas City over these past 5 years. I have met lifelong friends, reconnected with family, and been to so many cool places. This city is a wonderful travel destination, and I am always discovering new things to do and see even as a resident.
I have lived in Kansas City for my entire life, and I have fallen in love with the City. KC is a big city with a small-town feeling. To say that the residents are proud to live here would be an understatement. Everyone always says Kansas City is the only place where the residents dress like tourists, decked out in all of their KC gear, and this couldn't be more true. I've learned that you don't just have to be downtown to find out what that KC love is all about. There are local businesses, murals, and a vast range of artwork all over the city with the basis of Kansas City itself. KC really is a breeding ground for creative minds. Entrepreneurship is flowing throughout the city. I've met so many people here who have started businesses/organizations. But it isn't all perfect, old practices such as redlining have tainted the city to this day. While it's gotten better in recent years, the racial divide is clear. Kansas City isn't perfect but its Midwestern charm is what pulls people in.
It’s a great place to be, and better if you have friends to hang out with. There are areas that are shady but every city will have areas like that. It’s best to be careful when here but there are fun places and great communities.
There are so many options for community outings. It's a large city, but the suburbs give you a small city feel.
Kansas City has been great! I have lived here for about 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences. The day life and night life are both fun. It is great for kids or even if its just adults. There are many things to do here in Kansas City.
Kansas City is full of opportunities for work, school, and even creating the best friendships. It can truly be someone's dream city because of the beauty within.
I like the diversity of the people. The family restaurant’s are fun. There are a lot of outdoor activities available. Love the kansas city chiefs and royals
The people are very friendly and the scenery is beautiful. The affordability to live is also very good.
