Jurupa Valley is a great city to live in if you prefer to work in a big city like Los Angeles, but want to live in a more affordable area. The commute time to LA is usually only 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Jurupa Valley is a very diverse community with people of all color, ethnicities, and religions. Because of this, it is a very welcoming community that accepts all people with open arms. No matter your background, you will be able to call this neighborhood your home. First responders and emergency services are quick to respond here and take their jobs very seriously while still interacting with the community in a positive manner. There is a large homeless population in some areas of Jurupa Valley, specifically by the Santa Ana river bed, but overall Jurupa Valley is a safe family-friendly neighborhood that is appealing to many suburban-seeking families.

Jurupa Valley is a beautiful ranch style community, family friendly, close to downtown Riverside. Fun nightlife, and hiking. 45 minutes to mountains, the beach or the desert. Great place to live!
I have been living in Jurupa Valley for about two years and absolutely love it. I can commute easily to freeways, grocery markets, gas stations, and food. It is a beautiful city with hiking trials, parks and ranches. I love see people riding their horses throughout the day because it makes me think of my mothers home town. I also love how this city has breakfast with Santa and the mayor. Also a website where I can keep track of what is going on in my city so I won't miss anything. I would like the see the streets repaired. The neighbor I live is only 2 years old and the roads outside the neighborhood needs to be repaired. I would also like to see some of the buildings with new and refreshed paint to give more life to the city. Lastly I think making Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center more alive by have tress or plants and their dinosaurs more alive because they look old and faded. There is nothing that I dislike from my city, but I do wish to see these changes.
