Jonesborough is a wonderful place to live! The view is phenomenal as there are mountains all around. There is always fun activities to do like storytelling, repertory theatre, art exhibits, antique shops, and wonderful places to eat at. The community members are extremely nice and helpful. I greatly recommend coming here!
Has a wonderful sense of community and a real small-town flavor. Living here is about what you would think living in Mayberry would be like. Always has something to do in town - home of National Storytelling Festival each year, has a changing storyteller in residence Spring through Fall, music on the square on Friday nights, Masterpiece Mingle fundraiser for the arts, school for arts offering adult classes, etc, etc, etc.....Love it here.
