It's a small but might community. I especially love going to Old Jonesboro, everyone knows each other and it's comforting. I would most definitely say it's one of the best cities in Georgia. I have grown up in this town for quite a while and I don't regret it.
I like the fact that within the Jonesboro community its primary goal is to uplift and provide more resources for the youth because ultimately children are the future. I like the fact it's very diverse and affordable.
I enjoyed the diversity Jonesboro had to offer. Even with all the crime I still felt a sense of security living here. There are a lot of options whether it be clothing or food.
I live within the city limits but near everything such as the park, the library. My street consist of older group of people and very quiet other than some traffic during business hours. I love where I reside. It is quaint and nice.
There is no city quite like Jonesboro. I lived here for majority of my life and this city has shaped me into the man I am today. It is not the most modern looking city but it is still home.
I really love how everything is extremely convenient in Jonesboro. The school's are very close to where you live and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Jonesboro has everything you need and you don't have to commute to very far places because everythibg is right by each other.
What I like about Jonesboro is that it's very peaceful and respectful. The school system is great I advice parents in the area to go to any schools in Jonesboro.
A lot of people don’t keep up with the area it’s a little bit of a hassle getting up to the freeway.
No. Don't it's not a good place to live. It's not safe. My house was robbed in broad daylight by 2 teens. And my friend's fiance who also lives in Jonesboro was literally sliced open from his back around to his stomach. It's cheap, but it's cheap for a reason.
I feel that Jonesboro is a very safe place to live in. the neighbors are friendly and there is never any trouble.
The city of Jonesboro has beautiful scenery. The is a great place to explore for their historical background.
i like the fact that it is a peaceful community. The neighbors are polite and respectful. The young children are not disrespectful and irate. The neighbors look out for each other. They are also bringing up the community be fixing the roads and creating new businesses. It is also multi cultured.
Jonesboro is a pretty average place. We have fast food , libraries , parks and things of the such. Beautiful scenery all around.
Jonesboro is filled with lively and nice people. The neighbors are very kind and helpful. Someone even offered us free vegetables and fruit during quarantine. Everywhere you go the atmosphere is lovely and enchanting.
Lived here for 13 years and after reading some of the reviews am very confused. I would not consider this a very safe place to raise children and would certainly not leave my children alone. Lots of crime. The schools are below par. Streets and neighborhoods are not kept up. Lots of damaged road. Personally went to the schools and know other people who did and would like to say that they are way too full. Not very diverse. When i went to school, i was the only one of my race for as long as i can remember and my classmates were all african american.
I love Jonesboro, Georgia. I’ve been living here since I was two years old. And now as an adult I’m still living here and raising my kids here. The only thing I would like to see a change is more funding to fix the roads.
