The town of Joliet is comprised of a community of people that take care of their own. Most often then not when a friend is in need someone is always around to help.
Something I would like to see change or assist with the repair of is the town's water wells. Over the years the continued use of these wells has taken a toll on them. Our town's population is just a little over 600 people of all ages and there is not a lot of money that can be put towards these well systems. Yes of course we get governmental and state help but a little extra is always needed.
