I loved the small town feeling in the high school. The amount of pride and dedication that these students have for their town in unmatched by anywhere else I have been. The Music programs especially. With a almost 200 people band and a 150 person choir program, that makes about half of the student body in the high school is involved in a music program of some sort. not to mention, the sports teams often go to playoffs and are fully supported by the entire town.

I love Johnstown, I have lived here for 4 years now and wouldn't change a thing. They make me feel welcome and happy. Things are just a slower pace and that is great for raising a family.
If I could do it all over, I'd definitely live here again. The school systems need a little re-vamping but the community is very close and supportive, and it is overall a very safe place to raise a family.
