Pretty average area, but nice, great people. Weather not too extreme toward any spectrum.

I come from a back woods town in western MD and the area I'm currently in may be more city but overall it feels more like a small town atmosphere due to the lack of extra amenities and geared more towards people rather then businesses.
There really is not a large crime issue in this part of town. An occasional box may go missing when delivered but overall everyone watches out for each other.
