Jacksonville Beach is a wonderful city to live in. The community here is tight-knit, a location where everyone knows everyone. I have lived here for about fifteen years and the people I have come in contact with during my time living here are some of my closest friends and I consider them my second family. That is the nature of the beach community. The people here are passionate about where we live and the culture surrounding the beach and the community here.

I love Jacksonville Beach because there are many active things to do in the area, most people in the area enjoy being outdoors, close proximity to the beach, lots of local, unique restaurants and businesses. I think they could improve Jacksonville Beach by updating some of the storefronts because they do not represent the type of community very well.
Jacksonville Beach is a great town with nightlife, music, food, and best of all the beach! Commute time is normally half an hour to downtown Jacksonville. There are multiple areas to shop including South Beach in Ponte Vedra and the St. John's Town Center. There is plenty of craft beer, live music, and good food to provide a great nightlife. Jacksonville Beach is also one of the safest parts of Duval County.
