Our local fire station seems to be prompt when called to fire emergencies, our local police are visible but not overpowering, I believe our government officials try to listen to the local people and respond in a way that helps our communities.

Prevalence of crimes is low. When police are needed, they are visible. There is somewhat of a problem with gunfire at night-possibly due to hunters.
We have nice little county parks with good green spaces, very little air pollution, but have some water pollution issues.
