It's a nice and okay town to live in. There is only one Middle school and One high school. However, there are three elementary schools. All of which has many clubs and organizations that keep the kids engaged and happy. The teachers are consistent and try to keep the parents involved. The town is clean and well kept. we have many parades and town gatherings for fun. Even movie shootings.

Lovey small town near lake. Great community. Halfway between Atlanta and Macon makes big city accessible and a home in the country possible. No mall or large store chains. Excellent local and county police force. Great area to retire.
I love the small town of Jackson. It is a great size and is a good place to raise a family. The community supports each other and my entire family resides in this town. I love the convenience of being close to larger cities and still having a small town atmosphere.
