Ivyland is a very old neighborhood. I love it because of the history behind the neighborhood and all the old homes. It is also very nice to have a police station, fire department, and corner store all in walking distance. And there are many parking is a 5 minute radius of it too. There aren't too many kids in the neighborhood too.

Ivyland is a very safe neighborhood. It is a great place to live with very nice people. Ivyland is a part of council rock school district and is very close to Newtown, Doylestown and New Hope.
I love Ivyland. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to live in. Surrounded by friendly neighbors and have no fear of walking alone at night, I think Ivyland is a dream come true. Although, I do have to say it can get boring here at times. I do wish there were more options for activities, but picking strawberries with your families is one that many towns cannot replicate.
