Nice, small town. Very friendly community. Job offers in town are nearly non-existent. Public schools are awesome.

I love the overall mentality of Iota. It's very welcoming or so they say. The downsides are that you tend to be judged if you don't fall in the "basic" spectrum, and the diversity is nonexistent.
