I love living in Indianola! Everyone here is so friendly, kind, and helpful! It truly is a place that feels like home! The balloon festival is a ton of fun, as is the warren county fair they have every year, they have a lot of great churches in town and they are very welcoming. There are a lot of great little shops in town and they have a ton of fun events on the "square" (the downtown). There is also a variety of restaurants and they have wonderful food! They have everything I need and then some! Also, the police force is awesome!

Indianola is a bedroom community. The commute into the city is not bad, except when the weather is bad. The town has enough amenities to serve anyone who never wants to leave town. It is a safe place for kids to play and wander. Neighborhoods are well cared for. A small college is in town, and the student body fits well into the community.
I grew up here in this small town. It's growing now and it's not so small anymore. Everyone knew everyone growing up. I have a lot of good memories here. The schools are great, the restaurants have great food, this town overall is really safe.
