I feel like anywhere you live it can always have improvment, It doesnt matter if you live in a rich neighborhood or in a ghettos.

Improvement can happen anywhere. For example in Ghettos we can focus more on our crime rate and jobs. We can reduce the crime rate and homicide rates by taking the bad out and putting new stuff in, For example instead of an abdandon house we can put a REC center or a playground. Instead of having all this writing on our houses making it look ugly and " Ghetto" We can always repaint our houses and keep our area clean. Alot of rich neighborhoods have strictly houses in the area without any activties or anything that can reduce money that they dont have to come out of pocket with.

Not much has changed. I can say though, that with the new and upcoming homes that are being built, crime and petty theft has increased. I recently got robbed this year. My purse got stolen from my car.
I am partial to this area because it is my hometown, but I can objectively say that it is a great place to raise a family. I generally feel safe, and the public school system is decent by national standards. It also allows easy access to cities including DC and Annapolis as well as more rural areas and mountains.
