Hyattsville is a very diverse community! It's up and coming as well. Over the years living here, there has been several changes to the community. Our new Arts District has been adding more companies to the area and making our little suburbs into a little city. Living here is easy to commute to DC, if needed.
I would like to see more community events in Hyattsville. Growing up here, they would have a lot of events for the community, but as the years went on, things diminshed.

I love hometown Hyattsville! Everything is close to every thing, and every type of living experience - quaint old town, busy city, community living- is all there.
Hyattsville is a diverse community with a lot of job opportunities for all people who want to work hard and do what's right for their families. It is one of the best suburban blue-collar neighborhoods in Prince Georges County; Where it is listed as the most affluent black communities in America. In addition to that, it also is home to the University of Maryland, which is one of the top-ranked colleges in America. I have been living here for 22 years, and I know that it is one of the best suburban communities that one would dream ever to live.
