It's a small town, a lot of people know each other. The only school in the township was just closed by the school district. It's 20-30 minutes to get anywhere in any direction. Road maintenance can be sub-par.

The police are always there, regardless of the complaint. They take every call seriously, and don't mess around, you call them, they're there as soon as possible.
Homes are very pricey for such a small community. Everyone knows one another around here, and we for the most part all get along.
