Huntington Park is apart of the bigger city of Los Angeles. Huntington Park has so many places to explore! It has the necessary resources for everyone like public schools, library, senior homes, grocery markets, and many more! The Downtown Huntington Park has amazing stores that has clothes and accessories that are affordable! However, Huntington Park has its flaws. A main flaw that I have always been bothered by is the environmental problems like litter. The schools in Huntington Park are not the best but not the worst. They have great resources like laptops, Ipads, and in-school libraries. The teachers are very nice and would do anything to help the students get what they need. Huntington Park, overall, is not a bad place to be at but it can use some environmental help.

Good afternoon! I've been living in Huntington Park for over eighteen years! These past years, I've met amazing neighbors and peers all over this city. It's a small city, yet very busy. Times have obviously changed so security has lagged a little, but overall it's a great city that I've grown up in.
In Huntington Park, the pollution here is a major issue especially when there are industrial factories down the street that make the whole city smell like rotting pig flesh. Some streets can look very clean and maintained, but the majority of the streets have homeless people under a tunnel with trash all around the corners or the sides of streets. It is saddening that our city doesn't do anything to help them. I hope there can be more law enforcement to help people get to school or their jobs safely, as well as adding bike lanes to the streets. Increasing the amount of parks we have would greatly improve life in Huntington Park.
