I have been here for about three weeks and so far it has been a nice, quiet place. It's convenient, and feels pretty safe. One thing I would like to see is more places for the younger generation to have to go to to help keep them away from bad choices because they don't have anything else to do.

I'm not from Huntington, IN. I moved here in 2000 when I got engaged. I have now been here for seventeen years and I don't see myself moving any time soon. Huntington is a big small town. It provides nice restaurants, a movie theater and drive in theater, places to shop for just about everything, and even a Christian college! If you can't find it in Huntington, you have a short thirty to forty-five minute drive to Fort Wayne to give you a better variety. The schools have average to above average ratings. I know my daughter enjoys her school and teachers. In all, I would give Huntington four out of five stars over all.
Huntington is a great small town where almost everyone knows everyone it seems like. There are a lot of great community activities such as the fair that happens downtown in the summer, as well as school productions. There are a lot of gems around town such as Sunken Gardens and Nick's Kitchen, that bring Huntington to life.
